Looking For New Properties

As always looking for new properties to go on the rental program at Life At The Coast Realty. I have been making some phone calls and writing cards to homeowners. Yesterday I talked with a homeowner in Princeton Place which sounds like a possibility and have talked to a couple of differrent people about renting it. Time will tell. Lets see what today brings.

Referral Fees Paid

We have added some new properties on our program and especially thanks to referrals . We really do appreciate it when we get referrals for new properties to go our rental program. As a matter of fact we do pay out the first month rental commission as a referral fee so, please send us some new homeowners and as soon as we get a qualified tenant paid and moved in you will get paid also. New Units Added

I just added two units for our long term rentals. The first one is in Mainers Pointe at the very end of Baldwin Road. It is a two bedroom two bath condo corner end unit on the first floor, looking straight viagra onto the Intracoastal Waterway. No matter if you are in the living area or the master bedroom you have great views. It is fully furnished right down to the electric log fireplace. The only the you have to pay is your electric and gas. Call today $975.00 per month.

The second one is at Grande Harbour right off Kingsport Road. It is a three story unit with a PRIVATE ELEVATOR, a two car garage with two spaces in front. Loooking For Rental Houses

At this is time I am looking for Long Term Rental Homes in the North Myrtle Beach area. I have people calling and emailing needing places to rent and I don’t have a big selection available at this time. Usually, when I pick a new rental house it is rented within about two weeks. So, then I get on the phone and start calling and next on the computer to email homeowners and the ones I cannot contact I write to see if they are interested in renting their homes out. Mostly I have a lot of nice conversations with different people. Thank goodness people are in a good mood and willing to talk with you.
